Dealing with depression

Jon over at Blurbomat has an interesting post about how he deals with his wife’s depression that I found really insightful and made me read it twice.

It’s amazing not only how many people refuse to get help, but also – how many partners spend all of the time and energy trying to fix the other person instead of taking care of themselves along with the partner.
