So what did I so?

Aikido classes this week - 1.  Sad, sad, sad.
weight this week - 223 exactly.

I ate right, didn't eat too much crap, drank lots of water.  Is it that hard to lose weight?  I'm not going to spiral into the "I'm old" crap.  Been there, done that.  I think I pretty much proved it doesn't matter how much you cut out of your diet, if you don't do any regular exercise, it's not going to come off the way you'd like it to.

My goal?  I'd REALLY like to get under 200lbs.  Unrealistic?  Who knows.

Going to wake up tomorrow and go to class.

Crap!  I was really hoping to weigh in and lose some.  I actually gained .2 of a lb.  DAMMIT!
