So what did I so?
Aikido classes this week - 1. Sad, sad, sad.
weight this week - 223 exactly.
I ate right, didn't eat too much crap, drank lots of water. Is it that hard to lose weight? I'm not going to spiral into the "I'm old" crap. Been there, done that. I think I pretty much proved it doesn't matter how much you cut out of your diet, if you don't do any regular exercise, it's not going to come off the way you'd like it to.
My goal? I'd REALLY like to get under 200lbs. Unrealistic? Who knows.
Going to wake up tomorrow and go to class.
Crap! I was really hoping to weigh in and lose some. I actually gained .2 of a lb. DAMMIT!

I actually lost almost 20 pounds recently and it took about 4 or 5 months. I went from my highest weight ever of 150 down to 130 right now. Send me an IM if you have time and I’ll tell you some of the things that worked for me. No crazy special diets either… I don’t believe in those at all. Mostly common sense choices and some interesting things you can try to trick yourself into eating a little less. Let me know if you are interested in talking about it.
