Techie Post: Google Chrome

As if there weren't enough out there to play with, Google comes out with a browser of their own.  Google Chrome was release today and I'm not sure how I feel about it.  I'll have to play with it some more, but I have noticed several things so far:

  1. it's Fast
  2. it's open source
  3. it imported EVERYTHING from Firefox, including my passwords which is a little scary
  4. I'm writing this post using it right now.
I'm impressed too.  There's a page that comes up when you open it showing the most recently visited pages so you can go right to it.  Something similar to Opera.  Google is the king of "that looks cool, I can do it better" and they usually deliver.  anyway, give it a whirl.
