How do you keep track?

Looking for suggestions for keeping track of all of my new friends :) Seriously, there are a bunch of people I like reading on a daily basis, plus keep up with their tweets, and don't even get me started on Facebook, I think I might have to let that addiction go...

I guess I'm wondering how everyone reads all of their stuff? Right now I'm using RSS feeds in Outlook, which is okay, but truthfully, I'd like something that would allow me to read in a viewer and even possibly respond from it too.

any ideas? PC based unfortunately.
