You do sound like my grandpa, but he was a smart guy.

I am all for well-mannered children (please stop TEXTING when I am speaking to you!), however I could do without all the kids (even the 20-somethings) calling me ma’m. ARGH.

No, you are right. I catch grief from some when I tell the kids to address people as Mr. or Mrs. (last name) instead of just their first name. No respect, I tell ya. .-= above average joe´s last blog ..A Mental Stumble =-.

I think we’ve just come to a time when the good kids are fewer than the others. And as we get older we notice the obnoxious ones more….
