Okay, so I haven’t worked out in almost a year. Well, worked out with weights at least – I try to go to Aikido at least once a week. I went to my gym and worked out with a guy I work with. Wow wow wow. I am NOT in good shape man.
Tell you what tho, it’s nice to work out with someone. Keeps it moving, gives you breaks, lets you compose yourself and scream OWWW in your head 🙂 Today was more about figuring what weight to use, but obviously I pushed a little too hard.
I’m eating my lunch and bringing my head down because I can’t lift my arms. Oye!
Hoping this is the start of something truly habit forming. Lord knows I could use it.
